Yet another person has come forward with a story of scumbag Lee West of Blackheath Building Maintenance Ltd (formerly West Property Service)
No need to really say anything as the letter says it all.
Agree with all these negative comments. This guy lee west is a nightmare. Avoid at all costs. He will rip you off and then disappear. Do not go near him. He is scum.
I'm sorry to hear you too were the victim of this nightmare. Our lawsuit against him found him guilty and he was forced into bankruptcy...which unfortunately only lasts one year. It is distressing to hear that he is back on the prowl looking for innocent victims to steal money from.
Yes, I have come into contact with this guy. He charms you and is all attentive and then as soon as he has your money he is gone. Do not do business with this man. You will lose a lot of money. Once he is called out he disappears and then starts another limited company with someone else and the cycle starts again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
NEW INFORMATION - Lee West appears to have split with his last business partner and it seems he has now got his girlfriend to front a limited company so that he can go on scamming people.
DO NOT do any business with PANACEA MAINTENANCE LIMITED, 132 Burnt Ash Road, London, SE12 8PU.
